Router SG400 is featured with Smart QoS, User Behavior Management, and Firewall function, so it can guarantee for 300 concurrent users (about 400 concurrent connections) having high speed, high stability and high security Ethernet connections.

Router SG400  is a WiFi Controller based on CAPWAP protocol. So this allows for centralized management and configuration of  APs  (up  to  250  of  APs).  It can dynamically change the configuration settings (such as channel and RF transmit power)    of the APs based on accumulated RF information gathered from nearby rouge APs and APs’s radios.  Some APs, may be told to change to a different channel, whereas other APs may be toal to change their RF transmit power. It also dynamically supports load balancing  between APs. The final result is better performance for your WiFi network.

Multiple Gigabit WAN and Multiple Routing Functions

SG400  support PPPoE / DHCP / Static IP access and do with different ISPs. SG400  supports multiple Gigabit WAN ports with the features of load balancing. Ethernet superimposed and multiple ISP network access to avoud bandwidth overload. SG400  also supports policy-based routing function. So the IT adminstrator will set the network based on IP/MAC/Domain/ Interface policies.

Smart QoS

SG400  support smart QoS based on ports, individual users, user groups and user applications. SG400  allows bandwidth reservation and dispatches by tunnel or by application. SG400  provides multiple queuing mechanisms, congestion avoidance, traffic policing, traffic shaping and priority marking. In order to ensure different service for different users and applications.

Security Mechanism

SG400  supports a variety of security mechanism, like TCP/UDP/ ICMP Flooding, IP/MAC/URL/Web filtering functions, Ping of Death and other related threats, extend protection to every port of the router and enable the ports to provide DoS/DdoS attach protection, traffic monitoring. Uniform Resource Locator (URL) filtering, and application layer filtering. What’s more? Its supports user management and password protection. Users of different levels are assigned with different configuration authorities.

Remote Maintenance, Auto Firmware Upgrade

IT Administrator can access into SG400’s management interface page remotely at home, to manage and maintenance the wireless access point, keep the whole network stable in economic way. SG400  can automatically tp upgrade the new released firmware, zero steps to recovery the system problem.
